You can upload media and then later on use it in your content by going to Dashboard > Media and clicking on the + button located at the top of the page. This will open the media upload form.

CourseLit supports uploading various types of media, including video, audio, image and PDF files.

The recommended resolution for the images is 1280 x 720.
